Delivery Information

We aim to deliver your items quickly, normally with same or next-day dispatch (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) on items in stock. Due to operating a mobile repair service where it is not possible to know what components or parts are required when arriving for a job, it is possible that on an odd occasion, stock levels may change when you purchase an item. We will notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery time or provide you with an alternative option.

• Orders are dispatched via An Post.
• We deliver to addresses in Ireland, including Northern Ireland.
• Delivery costs are as follows:

                 - Spend over €60 for free delivery 

                 - Flat rate of €6.00 on orders of €60 and below

• "Backorder" items usually dispatched within 7-10 days. They need to be delivered from our suppliers in Ireland and the UK, and then we dispatch them to you.

Returns

If you are returning an item, it must be sealed and unused. Cyclopath will not cover the cost of the return delivery service. 

You may return any product within 14 days of the dispatch date and, following inspection of the product to ensure it is sealed and unused, we will refund you or provide online store credit for the cost of the product minus the outgoing delivery charge. The refund is via the original payment method used.

We reserve the right not to accept ‘change of mind’ returns outside the 14-day period.
