- Available to non-DEIS and DEIS schools
- Cycle Right is the National Standard for Cycle Training and provides practical cycle safety and skills training to promote competent and confident cyclists.
- Inclusive programme conducted over 4-8 sessions, and is largely funded by the Department of Transport.

Subsidised Cycling Ireland Balance Bikes for Junior and Senior Infants
- Available to DEIS schools
- 5 session course and each session is 1 hour
- Minimum 10 pupils per course
- Maximum 12 pupils per course

Skills programme (previously known as Sprocket Rocket) is an exciting programme for children and adults, for those new to the cycling who can already ride a bike. The aim of the programme is to increase the competence and confidence of riders.
