Staff Cycle Right Training Day
A practical five-hour Cycle Right training day for school staff. Build cycling skills and confidence, practise in the schoolyard and take part in a planned on-road session with Cyclopath.
The day takes place at your school and can accommodate up to 30 staff. Two instructors lead the yard and on-road training.
What the training day includes
- Practical cycling skills and safety activities based on Cycle Right.
- Schoolyard practice in a controlled setting.
- A route planned by Cyclopath for the on-road element.
- Groups of up to 10 staff for the road session, with a 30-minute session per group.
For 30 participants, three groups each complete a 30-minute road session. This time is included within the five-hour school-based day.
What staff need to bring
Participants must bring their own bicycle and helmet and be able to ride. We’ll coordinate the day and route with your school.
