Delivery
Orders are dispatched via An Post to addresses in Ireland, including Northern Ireland.
In-stock items normally dispatch the same or next working day, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Backorders: Usually dispatch within 7 to 10 days. These are dispatch estimates, rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Free delivery on orders of €60 or more. Orders below €60 have a flat delivery rate of €6.00.
If stock availability affects your order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with an updated estimated delivery time or an alternative option.
Cancelling an online goods order
For eligible online purchases, you can change your mind and cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. Email info@cyclopath.ie with a clear statement that you want to cancel, including your name, order reference and the items concerned. You do not have to use a particular form.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Keep proof of posting. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; a return is not automatically refused because packaging has been opened. A deduction may apply if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods reduces their value.
Refunds after cancellation
When an eligible order is cancelled in full, we refund the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra charge for a more expensive delivery option you chose is not included. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; store credit is not required instead of a refund.
We process the refund within 14 days after being informed of cancellation. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
Faulty, incorrect or damaged goods
Contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. Your statutory rights apply where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. These rights are separate from the change-of-mind period and are not restricted to 14 days. Any remedy you are entitled to under consumer law will be provided without charge. Contact us before returning faulty goods so we can arrange the appropriate return process.
